Natacha Atlas was born in the Moroccan community of Belgium but later moved to the United Kingdom. Her roots are English, Jewish, Islamic and Arabic and she sings in several languages.
This is a soft vocal from her extensive body of styles which mixes Eastern and Western influences. Orchestral and piano music is laced over a pulsating base line.
